Following the problems in recent seasons where as a result of bad weather rearranged league games made it extremely difficult to organise and complete the competition, the County Committee survey the clubs about the possibily of playing the 1st round prior to the commemcement of the League programme. The clubs agreed, and hence the 1st round will be played on Wednesday 17th August 2011 with one game being played on 20th August 2011.

To be played on Saturday 20th August 2011 3pm Kick off
Hartlepool Rovers	25	vs	25	Gateshead
