The 123rd Annual General Meeting of the Union will be held on

Wednesday 8th July 2009 at 7.00 pm Venue Sunderland RFC.

Each club is entitled to representation by one of its members in addition to its County Representative

All County and Life Members are cordially invited to attend the meeting
