Durham overcame a determined Kent side to win the County Championship Plate Final by 29 points to 14 Points

Durham had home advantage in the final which was played in glorious sunshine at Darlinton RFC. Durham were in front from 2nd minute of the game but Kent always looked dangerous and never gave up.
